Glenn is the founder and president of ImageX. He started the company in 2001 to give life to his vision of an engaging documentary for teens that has since been seen by over a million young people worldwide. In the early days, Glenn’s leadership as executive producer of ImageX led to many successful and award-winning corporate and government productions.
Glenn on Drupal: “From a design perspective, Drupal offers unparalleled flexibility, which means the sky’s the limit for great design that really gets noticed. On the development side, the Drupal community is constantly creating new features and modules that we are then able to offer our clients. With Drupal, there is always something new on the horizon, and it’s exciting to be on the forefront of that.”
However, with the growing social web, Glenn’s love for combining the creative with community prompted him to transition the company to its current position as one of the premiere web design and development firms in Western Canada.
Glenn’s role at ImageX encompasses creative direction, human resources, and strategic partnerships. A fervent social media enthusiast, Glenn is the person to follow should you want to keep up-to-date on the latest trends and development in the tech or social media world. His dual love for Twitter & Apple Inc. – especially his beloved iPhone – is surpassed only by his love for his wife Gillian, their 3 kids, his dog Sofie and the Vancouver Canucks.
Glenn on Social Media: “I am fascinated by the rise of social media. I think one of the key benefits is that we can all learn from each other – including from people we may never have the chance to hear from otherwise. Social media allows us to share our own unique commentary on life and experience how others view things differently. It’s a new kind of community – a group of people doing life together and sharing their stories at different steps of the journey.”
