Glenn Hilton

President/Founder

Glenn is the CEO and founder of ImageX Media and started the company back in the spring of 2001. ImageX’s first project QUEST, was a 4 1/2 hour educational documentary for youth that took 3 years to make and cost over 1/2 a million to produce. Glenn initially conceived the idea back in the mid 90’s when he was a full time youth worker but never saw it to fruition until he decided to venture out and launch ImageX. QUEST is now being used in churches, youth programs and schools in over 10 countries and has been experienced by nearly a million young people worldwide.

Following the completion of QUEST, Glenn continued in his role as an Executive Producer at ImageX and oversaw a number of corporate and government shoots , including winning a Telly Award for the production of a “docu-drama” for Parks Canada. During this time, ImageX (being somewhat of a “one stop media shop”) had opportunity to develop some client’s websites and Glenn saw the value in the company narrowing their focus in order to capitalize on the potential of the web, specifically in the area of developing sites with the open source Drupal content management system. This has turned out to be a very positive move for the growth of the company over the past few years giving ImageX a niche position in the Drupal design and development community.
